• Are individuals or corporate entities residing in Wisconsin.
• Can contribute a minimum of $25,000 to the investment pool.
• Who are willing to place their cash equity at the disposal of Real Estate Partners for a solid rate of return.

The advantage Aved gives our Real Estate Partners is huge. Aved provides 100% of the money for the deal (up to 65% LTV). Real Estate Partners can then purchase properties from an all-cash position. Solid cash offers create a stronger negotiating position that generate more deals with better profit potential. The more deals the RE investor gets, the more money we everyone makes.

• Are experienced Real Estate entrepreneurs
• Have access to profitable real estate opportunities with at least 65% LTV potential.
• Need cash money to finance the deal.
• Can convert the property or refinance within 60 to 90 days.
• Who are willing and able to invest their own market knowledge and sweat equity for a solid rate of return.
